  • This is inclusive and wheel chair, handbike, wounded veterans etc can all take part and where desired.
  • If assistance is required to get to the start line, then please email your requirements or contact us through any social media channel and we will engage with you to formulate a plan for race day success.

There are free Training Plans for Half and Full Marathon and in the fb groups there are lots of coaching advice for free.

For our x military veteran family we can give you a training plan and nutrition plan for a contractual deal.

You pay for your training plan and nutrition plan, and when you turn up and run on race day, and share the positive impact this has had on your life for the 6 months leading up to it then we will pay your training plan and nutrition plan fees on to your just giving account.

I served from 1987 to 2003

I’m passionate about looking after the Brother & Sisterhood and therefore when this amazing race day opportunity presented itself, I then thought we all like to recite how fit we were etc lol

So I thought what better way to give back to our X Military Veteran community than the opportunity to train for 6 months to run a race day event.

I know personally I deal better with life’s challenges when I’ve done my training and it also helps me eat what I like to eat and maintain my body weight to a healthy level, therefore personally it would be worth the effort and commitment if we only helped 1 person out of a dark or tricky place.
